Cancer Council NSW is dedicated to defeating cancer through engaging the community. The Donor & Supporter Services Team is responsible for both interacting with supporters about donations and also processing donations in a prompt and accurate manner. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic person to provide customer service, sales support and donation processing for our marketing programs.
Reporting to the Donor & Supporter Services Supervisor, you will:
• Respond to inbound donor & supporter calls and queries
• Perform outbound retention & acquisition calls
• Promote and deepen supporters’ engagement with the CCNSW mission
• Handle complaints
• Process donations, run reports and action supporter changes
To be successful in this role, you must:
• Be motivated by telephone based service to our donors
• Have a warm and compassionate approach
• Be adaptive - providing both sales and admin support to Direct Marketing
• Be data and systems focused with excellent attention to detail
• Enjoy learning a CRM system and new processes
