‘The Care Manager’ software solution has been implemented by over 200 health & community services agencies throughout Australia.
In order to meet demands of our growing customer base, we are seeking an enthusiastic & self-motivated person to;
• Manage and participate in the day-to-day operational aspects of implementation projects.
• Provide consulting and Business Analysis services to customers, including software configuration, training, business process advice and documentation.
• Install and Configure software and train staff on software operation.
• Liaise with customers on software and business process requirements, providing feedback and documentation.
Based in our Melbourne office, the successful applicant will be required to demonstrate their experience in the management and delivery of software implementation projects, delivery of software consulting and training, and the capacity to gather and document business requirements. Previous Business Analysis skills and/or experience with ‘The Care Manager’ software a definitive advantage.
