E-Learning Content Developer
3 month contract role with scope to go full-time

$55,000 - $75,000 Pro Rata based on experience and skills
AVANA, an innovative provider of Learning and Talent Solutions to the Consumer Services Sector, is seeking an experienced E-Learning Content Developer to be responsible for the development of our E-Learning courses. The role will initially be a 3 month contract with scope to become full-time.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning and will have experience working with SCORM compliant content development systems such as Adobe’s eLearning suite including Adobe Captivate and/or similar software.
The following skills and experience are required:
- Highly skilled in working with content development software such as Adobe’s eLearning Suite and/or similar eLearning software
- Ensuring/converting course materials to SCORM compliant e-learning courses
- Being able to turn offline content into engaging, highly-interactive online courses
- Working knowledge of complementary software such as Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Captivate, Acrobat
You will be a valued member of a dynamic team, where innovation and creativity are held in high regard. In addition to the above mentioned skills, the successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, possess excellent attention to detail and be willing to take ownership of any assigned tasks.
Shortlisted candidates will be required to provide a portfolio of their work and might be required to demonstrate their skills in the required software.
