(TBC). There will be regular checkpoints taken to ensure that the Implementation is progressing to plan. This will be followed by appropriate status updates to the Implementation stakeholders. In the Go/No-Go Decision Point(s), the Control Centre Manager will consult with the Escalation Team before making a decision. All problems must have a resolution plan before the final decision is made. The Control Centre Manager will be responsible for: Managing the Control Centre Tracking progress against the Schedule Obtaining implementation readiness/Go Live status updates from the Rollout Operations Centre Co-ordinating the arrival and departure of all staff on duty for the Control Centre Observing and recording any issues which may arise Delegating any critical issues to the Situation Manger for issues management and resolution Escalating any critical issues to the Escalation Team Chair all the Go/No-Go Checkpoint meetings Assignment and tracking through to resolution all issues that may arise during ????? ????? (use Quality Centre) Assign implementation issues to Situation Managers, Technology / Business/Change Leads and/or Control Centre Admin as appropriate Provide regular status updates via SMS, e-mail and voicemail as per the communication procedures, so that stakeholders and staff members can keep up-to-date with the latest progress Provide required updates to the NOM for any major issues that may arise Co-ordinating handover to the Control Centre Manager for the following shift (either on call ????? ?????-site) This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast paced environment where all your skills will be utilised.
