    We are seeking a technically skilled Project Manager to report through to the Program Manager on one of our largest projects. Your mandate is to provide end to end project management of technology projects of varying size. These projects will be centred on our Private Wealth division and our Technology group which are embarking on a number of technology based projects.

    Key responsibilities:
    • Deliver the business objectives of projects within budgetary, time, scope and quality constraints
    • Adhere to all aspects of Perpetual's Project Management Methodology (including reporting, governance and risk management)
    • Ensure an excellent delivery focus and a strong customer service orientation
    • Work collaboratively with the rest of BTG & Initiatives to support and follow the "Idea
    Process" (as defined on TechInfo intranet)
    • Ensure that management are regularly appraised of project status and that any risks or issues are appropriately escalated to ensure project delivery / risk mitigation
    • Bring ????? ????? creative problem-solving skills to overcome routine project hurdles and issues
    • Effectively manage team resources (both internal and external)
    The successful candidate will ideally have:
    • Project management experience specifically within technology projects is advantageous
    • Demonstrated project management methodologies such as Prince 2 or PMBOK
    • Exceptional business engagement and influencing skills
    • Leadership, negotiation and people management skills
    • Financial services industry experience is essential
