Infrastructure Engineer, (Windows, CISCO), $40 - $60/hr, CBD Location, 3+ Months

 

  • A mix of project and operations work with offices spanning across the Globe.

  • Easily accessible Sydney CBD location and excellent office space

  • The chance to travel internationally for work and liaise with Global offices
  • My Client currently has a project on the go setting up a brand new infrastructuredepartment for one of their Financial Services Clients.

    The role initially is required to be involved with this project and provide a well rounded approach in setting up a new server and network environment. The role will then transition into an Operations and you will be involved in Projects when they come up.

    My Client is a Global IT Services company with offices spanning across 4 continents. They service a number of Tier 1 companies and hold a prestigious reputation in the market.


    They are looking for someone with the following skills:

    • Server hardware installation and configuration
    • Windows server operating system installation, configuration and support
    • VMWare software installation, configuration and support
    • Active Directory & Exchange skills
    • Coordinating OAT/UAT requirements
    • Providing 2nd and 3rd level support in Windows and Cisco environments
    As well as the above skills, consulting experience is preferred and strong communication skills as you will be liaising with overseas locations via video conferences to ensure all the various teams are working in sync.



    There may be an element of travel involved in the role with occasional trips to overseas offices.
