This role can be either Sydney or Melbourne based.
About The Position 
As the   National Sales Manager   you will report to the MD of Australia.     You will be responsible for all sales team initiatives, including leading teams of internal and external sales consultants, support staff and managers. The role includes motivating, budgeting, reporting (locally and internationally), negotiating, strategic planning and implementing continued growth strategies. The role calls for an experienced presenter to professional and corporate clients. 
About You 
Your experience should demonstrate: 
Leading a successful sales team 
Excellent strategic planning, negotiation and sales skills 
Proven management experience 
The ability to implement solid sales practices to increasing profitability
The passion to be part of a successful, growing company 
Exceptional communication skills 
This role requires national and international travel
An accounting degree preferred  
A background ERP/Accounting Software - superb!
