As a helpdesk analyst, you will be responsible for incoming calls and emails, and will use your strong problem solving skills and analytical mind to resolve issues and escalate them when necessary. To secure this role, you should be technologically minded with experience in a helpdesk role including Outlook, Active Directory and Exchange support. Experience in a large environment (700 users +) is essential, and any knowledge of ITIL will be highly regarded. Exceptional communication skills are mandatory.
