Net 3.5/4.0 within VS2010 essential, MVC under ASP.NET framework

We are looking for a cool under pressure developer capable of turning finished designs and incomplete requirements into final pixel- and functionally-perfect pages.

Work at the heart of the team delivering ????? ????? of next-generation cross-platform user and management interfaces.

DESIRED SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:
Strong eye for detail : i.e. ability to create pixel-perfect CSS, HTML and Javascript including AJAX frameworks (e.g. mootools, jQuery) from designs & storyboards
Solid tech skills : .Net 3.5/4.0 within VS2010 essential, MVC under ASP.NET framework, MVVM an advantage
Good code quality and object-oriented design ability, experience with key design patterns and methodologies a plus
Silverlight development experience a plus
Understanding of agile development methods within a continuous integration build cycle
iPhone/iPad or Android app(s) or mobile site development experience a plus.

Essential:
Excellent communication skills
Solid working knowledge of cross-browser quirks and testing
Cool under pressure.
