My client requires a Solution Architect with solid technical experience with Oracle's Fusion Middleware suite. Your role will be to assist clients in product selection, creation of the architectural solution, implementation, and production support of software infrastructure solutions. You must have extensive product implementation experience, along with excellent knowledge of the Oracle domain.

As the main point of contact for the Oracle software infrastructure work stream, you will be responsible for technical delivery and for developing and managing a team of individuals. You will manage software infrastructure activities performed by the team, to ensure project success.You will also oversee the design, build and deployment of an integrated Oracle software infrastructure platform, and ensure that the project status is regularly communicated to project management resources.

Suitable candidates must possess the required skills:

• 3+ years' experience of Oracle software infrastructure within the Oracle domain
• 3+ years' experience, specifically of Oracle Middleware architecture, components and delivery

Additional skills required include:

• An understanding of complimentary Fusion Middleware products - eg JDeveloper,
• An understanding of Oracle software infrastructure products, especially Oracle Applications
• An understanding of the Oracle software infrastructure roadmap, its relation to the Oracle product strategy and other Oracle products, including Oracle Fusion Applications
• An understanding of Java and XML
