This role is not for a coder who works to pay the bills or is used to sitting on his hands working on solitary roles, but is ideal for someone who lives, eats and breathes software development and is passionate about working in a creative, high technology environment leading a team that shares knowledge, resources and vision to develop world class solutions.
Suitable candidates should have a strong development background working in a similar role with C#.NET, SOA, WCF, practical Silverlight (with MVVM) experience, ideally TFS 2010 (ideal but not essential). Strong communication skills are a must and any experience working with messaging protocols such as HL7, XML etc. would be highly regarded but not essential.
