Audio DSP Design Engineer
Our client is one of the leading providers of audio and video technologiesin Australia - many of theirtechnologies ultimately end up in professional sound equipment consumer electronicsproducts.Due to consolidated growth and demand for their products there is an urgent need for an Audio DSP Engineer to work in a research capacity with our client. As such, the Audio DSP Engineer will need to have an excellent knowledge of: audio DSP, audio pre and post-processing algorithms.
The role:
You will be involved in the research and collaboration of ideas in the area of audio DSP, audio pre and post-processing algorithms.This will involve collaborating with fellowengineers and compiling the information for other engineeringteams within the organisation. Ultimately, the research findings will end up inthe hottest new audio applicationsin the industry. Due to the complexity of the role, candidates must have a background in audio DSP.

Requirements:
C andC++ programming skills
Excellent team player and communication skills
Experience in designing Audio DSP algorithms
Matlab programming skills
Embedded systems experience
Formal experience across all SDLC (this includes software integration and testing)
3+ yearscommercial experience in audio DSP design
