  • Our client is a leader in specialised Healthcare services and consists of a successful group of companies based across Australia which looks set to grow even further with more acquisitions. They are URGENTLY seeking an experienced PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR with the ability to design,implement, manage and championthisnew process, whilst also managing some smaller projects. There is currently no project process/methodology so you will be required to design and implement this not just administrate. You will also be required to provide the IT Manager ( whom this role reports to) with reporting and up-to-date information as required regarding the the status of current and forecast future IT projects, as well as compliance. This role is paying $90k plus super.

    Your responsibilities will involve, designing the project process, implementing changes, managing the process across all offices and practices managing reporting on all projects, managing resources, designing/setting templates, improving project process, resource allocation, process improvement and USINGSHAREPOINT for the project process. You will be involved in managing compliance also.

    You will be producing reports on the progress of project activities in relation to the agreed time schedule and plans, awareness of project risk, issues and their impacts to the consolidated project timeline, maintain documentation and record results of project activities to ensure compliance with agreed standards and your project process.

    Suitable applicants will have:
    • Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
    • Previous experience in a similar role
    • Project methodology understanding or qualifications
    • Sharepoint experience is essential
    • Experience in MS Project and project methodologies
    Responsibilities will include:
    • Designing the internal project process
    • Implementing, managing, championing and managing compliance of this project process.
    • Producing reports on progress of activities
    • Setting project plans and metrics
    • Providing overall plan progressreports
    • Providing project end to end support/mentoring ????? ????? project/program managers and team leaders of the program, in the areas of project management processes and techniques
    • Introducing improvement of standards, methods, and processes for the program
    • Regularly scheduled baseline reviews.
    • Participate in enhancements and implementation of project scheduling and reporting tools as required
    • Contribute and manage the use of Sharepoint for effective project management
