My Client

My Client is a leader in the Australian Telco space and boast over 200,000 employees worldwide. They have superb relationships with a long list of customers and need a driven and experienced Network/Pre Sales engineer to be the newest addition to a high performing Pre Sales team of 4.

The Role

You will be supervising the engagement life cycle of the company from pre-sales to delivery. You will be giving the responsibility ofmanaging your own project and take the ownership of your delivery. A key part of the role involvesliaising with key stakeholders to ensure the highest results (sales team, operational team, and client). You will be involved in consulting with the customer, designing the solution and drawing up proposals. Ideally you will have experience in a similar position with a Telco company.

This role can unlock thedoorto any senior level technical position within the industry and give you the tools you need to succeed in such position. This position will hone in on your detailed knowledge of networking hardware and software from a high level.

The Requirements

• 3-5 Years experience in high level roles in the network and telecommunication industry.
• Previous experience with a telecom Carrier would be an advantage.
• Previous experience as a pre-sales or Technical PM.
• Technical expertise in Network and Telecommunications (Backbone, routing protocol, dynamic routing, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, LAN, WAN)
• Excellent communication skills, redaction skills are crucial.
