Banking / Payment Experience Required

Working within a close knit team for a large company based in Sydney's CBD, this position requires a technically savvy data centre operator to monitor the company's networks andsystems.

In this role, you will be responsible for Monitoring ????? ????? IT systems ensuring ????? ????? are functioning as per business requirements and take appropriate action when systems fail or suffer degradation in performance.

Deal with customer requests for IT problem resolution and service and change provision within predefined SLAs. Where SLA's do not exist the objective is to meet or surpass the customer's expectations.

Technical Competencies -

-Advance PC Skills - Word, Powerpoint, Excel (Advanced)
-Previous experience with mission critical support monitoring.
-Understanding of I.T principals and practices
-Understanding of online real time transaction processing
-Experience with Visio Diagrams (desirable)
-Experience in the review and operations of monitoring ????? ????? (desirable)
-A good understanding of the Credit Union Industry (desirable)
