This is a fantastic opportunity to join this reputable global organisation based in the CBD.They offer a range of online and traditional business services, and count most of the fortune 500 ascustomers.This rolewill work within the implementation team to deliver solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. You will work very closely with clients and establish a very strong understandingof their business needs in order to ensure delivery.

Your duties will include:

• participating in client workshops to identify, assess and document their requirements and translate them into working solutions
• developing detailed cost and resource effort estimates based on requirements
• configuring ????? ????? suit client specific business process needs
• undertaking unit testing of all configuration work undertaken
• assisting in the in the implementation and taking part in the system testing

To be considered you will have:

• approximately 5 years (Min) experience and working for a Vendor with specific product implementation experience would be highly advantageous. You must be able to communicate effectively across all levels of a business and you must possess very solid documentation skills.
  
• You will have demonstrated experience configuring ????? ????? ERP or similar software packages in an enterprise environment
  
• You will have experience writing and supporting database generated reports using Reporting tools
  
• Prior experience supporting database based applications with some ability to program and support these applications in MSSQLand Oracle
  
• Strong people skills and high levels of drive and motivation are essential for this position.
