They are currently looking for a professional Program Director who will lead a project to upgrade the software at one of the nation's busiest call ????? ?????.

The Program Director will have full accountability for the on time and under budget implementation of this major software upgrade. You will establish a sub-PMO and engage with a mix of client supplied and self hired resources across relevant aspects of Project Management, Business Analysis, Testing and Engineering. Effectively managing the relationship between Program sponsors and yourself as a vendor will be critical to your success.

The ideal Program Director will have a proven track record successfully implementing call ????? ????? into an extremely busy and high-profile environment. Experience derived from Consultancy, Financial Services or Call ????? ????? will be highly regarded.
