The successful Service Architecture Manager will be responsible for leading and mentoring ????? ????? of 5 staff whilst maintaining a degree of ‘hands on‘ engagement. You and your team will develop service designs for major Solution and Infrastructure based projects. Working closely with pre-sales staff, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert at client meetings, maintaining and enhancing strong working relationships with customers.

The ideal Service Architecture Manager will have a technical background, preferably across both Solution and Infrastructure fields. First hand knowledge of the outsourcing/managed service industry will be highly regarded, as will having been closely involved in any vendor selection processes. Exceptional client engagement skills combined with an acute sense of business acumen is desirable.
