  • A key position has become available within an established and progressive electronic company. This is a fantastic opportunity to be join a high profile, technically minded and supportive team.

    Working in a small team within a call ????? ?????, you will be the first point of contact for all customers with a focus on excellent service and first call ????? ?????. Being a help desk representative, you will need to have refined customer service skills and be extremely technically minded.

    Your hours will be 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri. Daily duties and responsibilities will include –
    Answering ????? ????? phone call ????? ????? enquiries ensuring ????? ????? call ????? ?????, ensuring ????? ????? each call ????? ????? end, escalate any unresolved issues, accurately record and log details of any calls received within the Help desk team,

    Successful applicants will have previous customer service/help desk background – ideally within a contact centre environment. You will have excellent communication and exceptional customer service, troubleshooting and problem solving experience and strong PC skills.
