    Opportunity for a passionate Service Desk Manager / Customer Service Manager with Leadership, Management and Coordination skills to take charge of this IT Service Desk for a National IT Solutions Company.

    You will be responsible for:

    • Managing the Level 1 / Level 2 Desktop Support functionsin order to meet and exceedcontractual Customer Service Levels
    • Ensuring ????? ????? right people, model, structure, tools and processes are in place to deliver an efficient and high quality service to customers
    • Providing a strong culture of customer service and satisfaction within the team and instilling a happy, positive culture within the team and to clients
    • Ensure all staff have all required tools, training and skills to properly support our customers
    • Identifying and mentoring 'up-an-coming' leaders for career progression
    • Working closely with your staff whilst at the same time achieving strong productivity gains
    • Identifying trends in incidents and problems and managing continual system and process improvements

    Pre-requisite skills and experience sought:

    • Strong Customer Service aptitude and skills
    • Strong people and leadership skills
    • 5+ years (technical) Service Desk leadership experience
    • 2+ years experience with direct reports
    • Experienceworking in an ITIL environment welcomed
    • Experience in building a high quality Service Desk orSupport team
    • Passion for Customer Service Excellence; quick to learn, ability to cope with deadlines in a dynamic/fast paced environment; flexible in your work duties; 'whatever it takes' work ethic.
