IT Infrastructure Administrator

  • This Sydney based role with a high profile professional services organisation, has responsibility for looking after the IT infrastructure and providing infrastructure support to the business at all levels from Managing Partner through to front line fee earners.

    Working in a close-knit team in a Microsoft environment you will also be expected to provide strategic input and advice to the IT management team around the planning for improved IT infrastructure. This varied role will also see you running IT Infrastructure projects and ensuring ????? ????? recovery plan is effective.

    You are tertiary qualified, certified infrastructure professional with knowledge of Microsoft, Novell and Linux technologies. You have worked in a professional services (accounting, law or business consulting) firm and would enjoy providing input into the IT planning process. You would relish the opportunity of working within a high performance, business focused team in an ITIL environment.

    Key skills required for this role are as follows:
    • Microsoft Exchange administration and troubleshooting
    • Active Directory administration and troubleshooting
    • VMware administration and troubleshooting
    • Backup technologies, specifically Avamar
    • EMC Storage
    • SCCM and SCOM experience (any experience would be beneficial)
