The position is responsible for scoping and delivery of key product developments which will recognise significant improvements to the customer experience, drive audience and revenue, and deliver new product offerings across all devices including Online, Mobile, Tablets and IPTV.
This role is key to 'Music' achieving best in market digital music offerings and the successful applicant will be able to recognise current and future technical trends and ensure 'Music' is utilising the most appropriate technology and platforms available.
Required skills / experience;
- Experience in using and integrating data across different database types: including SQL Server, Teradata and OracleDBMS's.
- SQL skills and a good understanding of databases and relational data modelling.
-Statistical knowledge on A/B hypothesis testing for campaign analysis as well as predictive analytics knowledge and experience.
- Familiarity with and understanding of data and concepts specific to the Media space, i.e. experience in using Web- Analytic applications (Omniture or Google Analytics would be an advantage)
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Exceptional communication and team skills to manage & influence key stakeholders
- Ability to self manage and take initiative
- A demonstrated ability to manage a program of work to meet deliverables
- Expert knowledge of extracting actionable insights from disparate data sources.
