As a Consulting Director, you will be expected to lead the client at CxO and, GM and EGM level by building trust, based on your experience and are expected to identify, form, educate and produce winning Proposals that truly add value to clients.
Much of the work is centered around Benefits Cases, Benefits Realisation, Managing Organisational Change and Post Merger Integration.
Your experience in these fields will be strong as will your influencing and Trusted Advisor status. Also, you will be strong in the Business Development Arena and not afraid to position your skills at the forefront to shape the direction and lead a multidiscipline team to reach conclusions and drive follow on implementation phase engagements / phases.
You will be well regarded in the marketplace and have experience with the major IT&T players and Consulting firms including SAP, Oracle, IBM, Accenture, Capgemini, Oakton, KAZ, Fujitsu, PWC, KPMG, etc.
Excellent Salary Package depending on experience. Please Remember, they are seeking 15 years as a practitioner and Partner.
