Regional Site Acquisition Manager - NSW

    In Australia and New Zealand our hardware, software and services are used by many of Asia-Pacific biggest telecommunications carriers, including Telstra, Vodafone Hutchison Australia (VHA), Telecom New Zealand, AAPT, Optus and Telstra-Clear.

    We currently have the opportunity to recruit a Regional Site Acquisition Manager. These roles' main responsibilities include:

    * Responsible for all Site Acquisition and associated activities on given projects
    * Monitor activities of the Service Providers and ensure that contract requirements, specifications and milestones for Site Acquisition are met
    * Site Acquisition problem solving encountered by the Service Providers
    * Ensure that the agreed implementation schedules and guidelines are followed and enforced.
    * Prepares regular daily/weekly/monthly progress report.
    * Attend coordination and progress meetings
    * Ensure that quality of the Service Providers is within client's standards and Customer expectations.
    * Maintain a good working relationship with the Customers representatives and all disciplines involved in the project.
    * Coordinates activities and ensure that all disciplines directly involved in the project are in line with the Project goals and objectives.

    To be considered applicants' experience will include but not be limited to:
    • Extensive knowledge of all aspects of site acquisition and wireless communications
    • Thorough knowledge of ACIF requirements
    • Experience with managing large multi site project
    • Must be highly organised and detail oriented
    • Ability to understand and negotiate leases on an attorney level
    • Experience with managing local council, ASPs and stakeholders
    • MS Office proficiency
    • Excellent organisation, verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
