Finally there is an opportunity for you to express yourself as a National Sales Manager within the IT industry where you are dealing with clients who are not stuffy or expecting a suit to walk in the door. Our client is a specialist supplier of ERP style solutions into the Beauty industry. Beauticians and Hairdressers as well as chain stores supplying products for the industry will be the focus.

This is a diverse role which will see you managing a team of four remote State Sales Managers, and directly focussing your Business Development skills on chain stores and larger multiple outlet practitioners. The role is focussed on growing the Australian business with at least a couple more Sales staff which would come under your responsibility.

The company prides itself on the service they provide their clients and has customer service representatives responsible for ongoing client management allowing the sales staff to concentration capturing ????? ?????. Technical experts as well as training staff support the ongoing implementation process. You will be supporting the sales managers, undertaking dual visits, working in unison at all the relevant trade shows. The marketing division will provide leads and focus the client's attentions, ensuring ????? ?????.

To be successful in this role you will have B2B sales experience and have moved into a Sales Management position with demonstrated team management and increased sales performance. Ideally you will have overseen a strong growth phase within that role. IT industry experience will be highly regarded, as will exposure into the beauty industry with Beautician and hairdresser clients. IT literacy will be a given, and an ability to quickly learn the software solution, its features and benefits and effectively demonstrate this to the clients and your staff.

This role will suit a contemporary manager who thrives on the challenges of growing a successful business within a progressive and fashion forward client base. You will have strong influencing and negotiation skills, provide a contemporary manner to the clients, and enjoy value adding to the staff you manage. Excellent remuneration is on offer including uncapped commissions. OTE will be from mid 100's.
