Duties will include the following:

- Contact business customers using the online server and such relevant  programs.

- Qualify and assess business prospects.

- Conduct needs analysis and make recommendations on appropriate technical solutions or selling opportunities.

- Quote prices and credit terms, record orders, complete sales contracts and arrange deliveries.

- Provide expert business knowledge regarding whole of business communication and information such as internet (mobile broadband and ADSL Business Broadband), mobiles, landlines etc.

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products purchased and arrange any modifications if necessary

- Monitor customers changing needs and report on these developments to sales management.

- May demonstrate and train customers in the use of information systems or products provided
 

Sales targets and KPI based and motivated team members will be rewarded generously; the OTE is uncapped. Telstra Business knowledge is desirable but not essential, full training will be provided to new team members
