You will be part of a dynamic and highly engaged professional services team based in Melbourne or Sydney working as a Domain Expert and Solutions Architect. Focusing upon rapidly evolving microsoft unified communications businesses within this consulting group.

This role requires the ability to communicate at all levels within the customer base.

Primary Responsibilities (% Expected):

• Work within the Consulting Group as a Team Member; Domain Experts are required to regularly lead consulting engagements (such as Unified Communications Strategy Reviews, Business Requirements Documentation and Architectural Design engagements), as well as support the work of other Business Consultants and Business Analysts within the group (25%)
• Lead the generation of Consulting Review and Analysis Reports for our clients as well as support other consulting group members through participating in the generation of their reports, peer reviewing and regular provision of insights and expert opinion withinthe internal knowledge base and public blog framework (25%)
• Provide highly professional implementation services for Microsoft Lync including the support of the broader professional services implementation team, leading the required customer interactions and generation of solution design documentation as well as leading the cutover of Microsoft UC solutions (20%)
• Participate in the growth ofthe Consulting Group by actively identifying and seeking out consulting opportunities withinthe existing/new customer base and developing personal/professional skills to enhance the services we can provide (20%)
• Provide support tothe Support Services Group through assistance with troubleshooting and support of Microsoft Lync Environments (10%)
