Being experts in workforce management solution applications covering ????? ????? a wide range such as mining, retail, healthcare, pharmaceutical, transportation, aviation, government and education, this company support their customer achieve world's best employment practices.

    Working with the Executive team and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this newly created role offers you the opportunity to utilise your current contact base and business development skills in achieving and contributing to the overall company's sales objectives for 2012. You will target and engage key stakeholders and decisions makers with the aim of presenting commercial efficiency solutions ensuring ????? ????? a sound return on investment.

    Your overall responsibilities will be to devised pipeline strategies with the focus on developing new accounts in order to consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, by also expanding the service product line to existing clients. You will also need to develop partnering ????? ????? prospective clients in creating tactical and strategic directions and identify new business through sustained programs.

    Needless to say that to achieve all of the above your personality needs to be an enthusiastic driver and someone with strong communication, influential and negotiating skills to understand, interpret and provide software solutions. Your background would have to be from an IT sales environment with tertiary qualifications in either IT, Commerce or related discipline to fully understand these concepts, and you must also be dynamic and assertive to manage multiple tasks and want to achieve over and above the set goals.
