Service Delivery Co-Ordinator Perm Role Fast growing company Great opportunity in the West CompanyIn partnership with their customers in the telecommunications, steel & paper manufacturing, mining and power generation industries, this industry leader currently manage maintenance contracts throughout Australia, breaking new ground in the provision of asset management and maintenance solutions. They are currently looking to recruit a new member to their team in Perth on a permanent basis, as a Service Delivery Coordinator.The Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for the coordination / development of the maintenance plan and schedule based on the asset strategy and budget schedule. Working closely with the Regional Operations Team, the Service Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of all planned and unplanned maintenance tasks. The Service Delivery Coordinator carries out/ coordinates development of job instructions, material and resources requirement and is primarily responsible for ensuring ????? ????? regional maintenance plan and budget is managed to meet the business requirements of the regional operations team. The Service Delivery Coordinator will work closely with Field Technicians and subcontractors.Requirements:Previous experience for at least 2 years in a workforce coordination / service delivery management role. Experience in a trade background is preferred. A sound understanding of the operations and maintenance environment in telecommunications or a technical service industry. A working knowledge of building services, property maintenance and architectural remedies. Managed a sizable technical services workforce unit in a previous role. Experience in the implementation, administration & coordination of contracts, applying a Risk Management approach. Sound PC skills including excel spread-sheeting, database management, internet use and word processing.
