Storage / Backup Administrator - NetBackup / PureDisk

  • A fantastic opportunity for a Backup Administrator to work for a leading IT Integrator.

    You will have strong NetBackup and PureDisk experience to work within the Managed Service.

    Responsibilities:-

    • ArcServe & HP Data Protector administration of in scope infrastructure for the engagement
    • NetBackup and PureDisk administration of in scope infrastructure
    • Maintenance, management and proactive improvement activities as per engagement requirements
    • Resolution of hardware / software issues
    • Extensive knowledge of ArcServe or NetBackup or HP Data Protector
    • Extensive operational experience in StorageTek tape libraries and LTO technologies
    • Windows/Unix Administration to troubleshoot backup failures.
