My client is seeking an experienced IT ERP Project Manager/Functional Consultant to join the Project Delivery Team working on a new ERP implementation (Lawsons (M3)).

You work with the business to understand their business drivers, objectives and benefits to be achieved from their implementation / upgrade, to produce and then deliver an effective project plan.

You’ll be self-starting, enthusiastic, inspiring, systematic and precise, able to work within well defined parameters, whilst at the same time retaining standards and making things happen quickly.

You are prepared to meet opposition and resistance, keeping pressure on others to meet deadlines in an environment which plenty of variety and interruption.

With a Business or IT degree/qualification or equivalent, you‘ll have a minimum of 3 years ERP project management experience and demonstrate a commitment to delivering ????? ????? scope, on time and to budget achieving customer benefits and ROI, together with the ability to co-ordinate or manage multi-disciplinary teams covering ????? ????? of technical, operational and business skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to work with people at all levels and in all areas of the business are essential.

You’ll be able to bring ????? ????? a number of previous complex implementations in the mid/upper market.

Whilst experience of Lawsons (M3) ERP would be ideal, we’ll consider experience of Project Management in the following ERP applications: Epicor, Pronto, Navision, Axapta etc.
