  • Due to continued success this National IT Company requires the services of experienced Service Desk Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd level support to a new client.

    This fantastic new opportunity exists due to some significant new business wins. With an extra resource this will allow them to continue to provide the level of service their client has come to expect and which has seen them become a market leader.

    To be successful for this position you will need to possess excellent troubleshooting skills, good technical knowledge and a strong customer focus which will allow you to assist the users in a high pressure environment, whilst remaining calm and working to deadlines.
