Our clients help desk team is responsible for supporting a range of clients across Australia and prides itself on the fact they have an above industry average, for first point of contact problem resolution rate.The Help Desk Officer will have previously worked within a similar environment and will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly motivated and be able to work within a pressurised environment. Technically your knowledge will include Microsoft Windows XP / 7, experience in VISIO, Anti Virus, Autocad, Pronto within Desktop environments including Active Directory and Exchange.
