We are currently seeking a Senior ICT Support Officer to help this organisation moving forward.Reporting to the Coordinator of IT you will be a professional, team orientated individual with experience in training a team and experience in running a Service Desk. You will also have a strong background in dealing with Service Level Agreements (SLA‘s). Experience with Microsoft products and excellent communication skills are essential.
