Join our expanding Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) Division at this critical and dynamic time of change! We seek a passionate, highly driven and experienced Process and Quality Specialist to champion the continuous improvement of our ICT function.

This is a newly created role, which will see you uniting and driving a team to plan, formulate and establish quality systems and processes. You will work closely with the varied project teams within ICT to determine relevant business needs and define a plan to bridge these needs. You will work toward building and implementing the ICT services and process catalogue, manage ICT quality inspection, contribute to new infrastructure projects and administer and report on our service performance.

Success in this role will be founded on your Bachelors Degree in applied science, engineering ????? ????? management, coupled with a minimum of 5 years experience in quality management and/or process management. You must be able to demonstrate your exceptional communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities. High level interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate is essential.

An attractive salary package, reflecting the level of the role, will be offered to the successful applicant. This is a 2 year, fixed-term contract assignment.
