Service Desk Analyst Brisbane Northside 3-5 month contract – ASAP Start Phone and remote support This highly regarded organisation, are the largest in Queensland and provide a variety of services to locations spread across the state.Due to their ongoing success and growth, a 3 month contract is on offer for an experienced individual who can hit the ground running in their busy Service Desk environment. You will be responsible for providing top class technical support to an internal user base. Your day to day duties will involve troubleshooting a range of IT faults and providing effective solutions for various user queries, application, software and hardware problems.The successful candidate will have demonstrated recent experience operating in a Helpdesk environment with solid exposure to Active Directory, Windows operating systems, Microsoft Exchange and Remote Logging Tools. Strong communication and customer service skills are imperative.
