We're currently seeking a System Administrator to join our busy technical services team.

As a System Administrator you will be responsible for handling first and second level support of service requests.

You'll get the opportunity to work with a wide variety of technologies across our client base and flex your "IT muscles" solving a variety of networking problems.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft, Citrix, VMware
• Support services for Microsoft related technologies
• Technical services and support at the network level
• Working with remote monitoring ????? ????? systems

Knowledge & Experience

• 1 to2 years commercial experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Windows 2000/2003/2008 & Exchange 2000/2003/2007 administration.
• Experience with Active Directory and Domain environments.
• Understands networking fundamentals which will include routers, firewalls, IPsec configurations.
• Professional IT certifications, such as Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE, Citrix CCEA or CCIA, Cisco CCNA or VMware VCP etc
