Software Support Innovation Manager - Global Technology Business

Develop improved and new support models for software solutions

Implement solutions that maximize revenue across the software portfolio

Ensure capability is in place to support large and very large clients

My client is a multi-Billion Dollar, global IT business, and they are looking for an experienced Software Support Champion to join their Customer Support division.

This is a senior, high profile role, where you will be responsible for developing and refining processes for new and existing software products and ensuring ????? ????? resources and capabilities are in place to support software and document management solutions. You will work across multiple departments and with multiple stakeholders in order to improve and implement processes suited to the effective delivery of software into medium, large and very large businesses. You will play a key role in increasing the capability of software support and delivery.

This opportunity will suit someone who has a strong background in software product management, pre-sales, functional consulting, and/or software implementation within a software business.

The success candidate will be able to demonstrate:

- 5+ years of experience working within a large software business

- 10 years of overall experience with software solutions

- A strong understanding of Product Development Life Cycles

- Experience of working with different teams in order to deliver a more efficient delivery process

- The ability to propose innovative, alternative approaches to software support and delivery

- Recognised qualifications in Business, Technology and/or Project Management
