Business Sales Team Leader (b2b)

  • Our client is a high performing national energy retailer with a growing reputation in customer service and renewable energy generation. They are well established and are growing strongly on a national basis. Due to that growth, we are now looking for a team leader for a sales team of 7 business account managers (b2b). You will lead and develop a team of skilled sales executives to provide efficient and effective sales whilst assisting the business unit achieve its sales and customer retention and growth objectives.

    In this role you will also “lead from the front” by undertaking sales of energy and energy-related products and services into the industrial and commercial market. Naturally, your high performance will be rewarded and recognised consistent with the company's values, and the behaviours which support them.

    To be successful in this role you will have 3-4 years of a demonstrable track record in inbound and outbound commercial selling in a competitive sales environment; ideally coupled with some experience in leading a team. You should be a natural relationship builder, flexible and strong on customer service as well as having a mature approach to leadership and team management.
