SAP Technical Writer-E-Learning- 3-5 month contract!

Our client requires a SAP technical writer with e-learning experience to join their project, and based on the requirements gathered, develop and deliver help documentation and e-learning courses to support the current use of our client’s SAP system.

You will work as part of the change/training team to identify documentation and training requirements and define documentation plan. You will also liaise heavily with the Training Manager to ensure the documentation plan and e-learning development align with Training Needs Analysis, and project schedule. Other responsibilities will include redeveloping the SAP Productivity Composer template, and defining content structures.

Background and experience must include the following:

  • SAP Productivity Composer experience ( RWD uPerform express, or Productivity Pak)
  • Exceptional understanding of Productivity Composer outputs and content structures
  • Experience assessing materials, customer requests and system statistics to prioritise content delivery
  • Exceptional customer and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong skills across the Microsoft suite and Visio, MS Project
  • Any experience or skills across graphic design or web design would be a bonus

The successful candidate must demonstrate previous experience in a similar role.
