SuperCoders is expanding its team. We're looking for people with a strong technical background, understanding of object oriented programming.

In this role you'll be working in our recruitment team doing hands on recruitment of software developers, testers, project managers, systems administrators. You'll be searching for and assessing candidates for a wide range of software development positions. You'll be helping to build software development teams for a wide range of Melbourne based companies.

You must understand object oriented programming to carry out this job. You must also have a broad knowledge of software development and you should have familiarity with an extremely wide range of software development topics. We are looking for people who currently work in development, doing hands on programming, or as a development team lead or development project manager, and who wish to make a career change for better financial opportunity.

If you are ready to work hard then the money is excellent. You'll earn a greater income here than in almost any hands on development role. There is no upper limit on your income - the more people you place, the higher your income will be.

You MUST have the following:
** A broad interest and knowledge across a wide range of software development technologies
** An excellent understanding of object oriented programming
** First class communication skills
** Emotional intuition, and ability to relate to and read people
** High levels of energy, motivation and drive, willingness to work hard
** Significant hands on experience working in one or more fields of software development.

You MUST have an ability to type fast, as you will be transcribing interviews as you carry them out.
