Required experience:

• Experience developing frameworks, roadmaps and associated activities to mature an organisations ITIL capability
• A solid understanding of information technology and ITIL methodology particularly capacity, availability and continuity
• Extensive work experience in a senior ITIL process related role
• A relevant business or ICT tertiary qualification is required for this position.
• ITIL V3 Foundation Certified
• ITIL V3 Service Design Certified would be an advantage

Key Activities:

• Manage design and development of processes and procedures, tools and techniques
• Monitor performance and report regularly to management, highlighting any corrective actions
• Develop policies, roadmaps and initiatives that impact on programs or functional areas.
• Provide leadership and guidance based on expertise.
• Responsible for operational policy and service development.
• Influence and brief high level stakeholders with competing priorities.
• High level negotiation.
