Site Acquisition Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Acquisition Manager to be responsible for the design and acquisition of potential sites for Telstra's networks. This will include managing a variety of projects across Victoria and Tasmania and working with Engineers and Town Planners to ensure that the documents and purchase runs smoothly.

In this role you will be working with policies and guidelines to ensure that the action plan can be carried out. You will be focusing on aspects of Project delivery and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide the best cost solution. There will be an element of adhering ????? ????? and policies as set out by Government and industry such as the Telecommunications Act and EME. Managing budgets and assessing various solutions is a must in managing the large programmes of work. Whilst the majority of the role will be completed in the office, there may be some travel required to Tasmania and after hours which will include presence at Council Meetings.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have experience in property acquisition and design, preferably in the Telecommunications industry. You will have completed design and acquisition elements of Project Management and have a good understanding of Australian Standards that focus on mobile network roll outs.
