Large Commercial Organisation

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly experienced Change Analyst to jump on board with a large commercial organisation.

The successful candidate will have:

• Extensive organisational change management skill and experience associated with the roll-out of new technology (Oracle) within a large organisation across diverse employee groups and industrial environments;
• Organisational change experience with major ERP projects, specifically in the area of project costing, materials and resource management, sourcing, contract management and procure to pay processes;
• High level of skills in working effectively as a self-motivated key contributor to a high performance team comprised of diverse skill levels, experience; and backgrounds;
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and mentor the business change champions so that project milestones are delivered to plan;
• Proven experience with scheduling, monitoring ????? ????? project activities and milestones from a project management perspective;
• Extensive organisational change management skill and experience associated with the roll-out of new technology (Oracle) within a large organisation across diverse employee groups and industrial environments.
