2nd Level Video Conferencing and Telecommunications Support Analyst 6 month contract $30-35/hour Government organisation Required experience: Experience providing quality second level video conferencing and telecommunications support. Experience participating in projects to implement new video conferencing and/or telecommunications technologies. Attention to detail and ability to write process and user guides customer focussed documents, user guides and web based. Experience in large enterprise IT operational environments with a focus on best practice operations supported by a framework such as ITIL. Key Activities: Resolve 2nd level generalist operational issues to a high standard and within service level targets. Assist with planning, preparation and implementation of technical activities. Maintain accurate resolution history and incident information. Provide input into operational reporting requirements as required for service performance measurement. Participate in the principles of continuous improvement and contribute to the development of technical and process documents. Perform duties and preventative maintenance to ensure that services provided maintain high levels of availability, performance, security and efficiency.
