A fantastic opportunity exists within one of Australia's leading professional firms; they urgently require a Technical Support Officer to join a dynamic and well respected Help Desk team.

We are seeking professional Support personnel for a permanent opportunity.
Taking first line calls from customers with enquiries or problems will be your prime focus.
You will provide application support, User account administration and co-ordinate multi-site video conferencing and audio conferencing
Ideally you will be a Microsoft Certified Professional in Windows 7 and have a thorough understanding of ITIL.

You will have between 1-2years experience in a similar role. With your strong customer service skills, along with your analytical and problem solving skills will see you excel in this role.

This role is suited to someone looking to advance their career in I.T. while working with a small team of great people in an extremely professional, fast paced environment.
