Our client is looking for a talented and experienced Business Analyst with a strong consulting background, who is now interested in working closely with the business in a permanent opportunity.
This position would see the successful candidate assisting the business with the support and enhancement to policy, systems and applications.
Key Accountabilities - • Effectively manage suppliers and service providers in the delivery of services - defining, managing and reviewing business processes with key stakeholders for the adherence to service agreements, and regularly seeking improvements to processes
• Define the current and future state of processes to ensure compliance and regulatory changes
• Manage change and incidents to ensure impact to services are minimised, working with other parties to ensure restoration of services including business continuity and disaster recovery in the event of service failures
• Support and maintain current processes and procedures, identifying and implementing enhancements
• Working with key stakeholders internally and externally to resolve operational issues and improve processes and practices
Experience required to achieve this successfully - • Previous experience in the Financial Services sector an advantage
• Strong process engineering ????? ?????
• Previous experience in facilitation, review, information gathering ????? ????? stakeholders to develop a plan for process improvements
• A background in Project management - with previous experience in managing complex projects and process reviews
• Experience both in operational and technical environments and the ability to understand the links between the two
A strong understanding of project management methodologies, process improvement tools and techniques, a qualification in Six Sigma or similar would be an advantage
