This organisation @ the forefront of retail applications & solutions is seeking an experienced .NET DEVELOPER to join this fun and dynamic workplace

The purpose of this role is to work on new and existing retail business applications using both Delphi 5 (or higher) and .NET skills. You will also be familiar with MS SQL database environments. The original application was written using Delphi but now, the organisation wants to move this to a new, web based platform.

You will be responsible for the development of software that conforms to business specifications using DEPHIS and MS SQL. You will also be conducting the systems integration testing and ensuring ????? ????? final product is ready for user acceptance testing. You will also be involved in the development of deployment documentation for the final production environment.

The exciting part of this role is that you will be one of the drivers of movement of this application to the web based platform – the development team have direct contact with the customers and will also be responsible for the identification of business requirements.

Experience with .NET and skills with Delphi 5 or higher plus excellent skills with MS SQL 2005 (or higher) are absolutely essential. Experience developing iPhone or Android applications will be highly valued.

You must possess excellent communication and presentation skills along with the demonstrable ability to problem solve.
