Account Executive ERP/CRM Global ERP Brand $200k - $250k OTE Melbourne CBD Location Our client are a leading ERP and CRM vendor providing Workflow, CRM, Accounting, Payroll, Human Recourses and Data Warehousing solutions as well as Professional Services to some of the worlds largest on most prestigious organisations. Our client is well known throughout the industry for investing in ongoing training for involved personnel, including those implementing and testing changes. They have a development team of over 1,200 people consistently updating and progressing software to build better business solutions. Reporting to the Sales Director, the Account Executive will be responsible for building and developing sales and relationships with major clients, delivering ????? ????? from revenues and working from a sales plan. The AE will identify, contact and develop relationships with key strategic decision-makers, undertaking client discovery meetings and workshops to gain a clear understanding of the customers' challenges, risks and imperatives. Requirements: ERP, BI or ECM Sales Experience with highly developed commercial, influencing and negotiating skills, at the highest level, are a prerequisite for this role. You will also bring ????? ????? and passionate approach to the role and will require clear strategic thinking combined with a practical approach and close attention to detail. The AE role requires the ability to oscillate between taking a macro and micro method to tasks. You will have the ability to influence at 'C' level and be a natural at developing cross-functional relationships.
