This is a varied role where you will provide high level technical development and support across products that are incredibly niche within a certain industry sector. These products have been well established for nearly 10 years and are now moving to a next phase. They are now looking for a mid level Java developer to join the product based development team to drive and deliver a lot of the development. They are also looking for this individual in time to move more into a technical/team lead role.

As the Mid LevelJava developer, you will be responsible for:

• Hands-on technical involvement in full core Java SDLC development and support projects for key customers across the product.
• Act astechnical Lead for the team going forwardand be the escalated point of contact for day to day technical issues.
• Documentation and process improvements

For you to be successful, you will come with:

• 4-5years Java development particulary experience with Java Swing
• 4-5 years experience working with Oracle as the back end
• Ability to manage projects and provide leadership where applicable
• Very confident and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Current full work rights in Australia
